Unless stated otherwise, our branding, original text, photographs, graphics and store design are owned by or licensed to Loddon & Saltbush.

You may use the store for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes but must not commercially exploit protected content without permission.

If you submit a review, image or other content, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it is lawful, accurate and non-infringing.

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide and royalty-free licence to host, display and use submitted content for operating and promoting the store, subject to applicable privacy law.

The store may depend on Shopify, payment providers, carriers and other independent services. Their separate terms may apply. We do not control independent third-party websites except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

Please contact us first so that we can attempt to resolve a dispute promptly. This does not restrict your right to contact Consumer Affairs Victoria, the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission or a competent court or tribunal.

19. Changes

Changes apply prospectively. The terms applicable to an order are ordinarily those displayed when it was submitted, unless a later change is legally required or expressly agreed.
